CareerPrep Fellowship back with Cohort 2

CareerPrep Fellowship is an initiation of  Women Development Advocacy Center that aims to facilitate young females in their professional and life-based skills.

With their success on CareerPrep Fellowship Cohort 1, they have opened the application form for CareerPrep Fellowship Cohort 2.  This program would be held for all the Bachelor and Masters level female students. The program aims to enhance leadership, employability, and entrepreneurship skills in the participants.

CarrerPrep Fellowship intends to connect the gap that exists between the education system and the skills needed in the professional life. The program focuses on developing soft skills needed to keep the pace of growing professionalism which includes effective communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, teamwork, business etiquette and interview skills.

The fellowship will run in a cycle of 6 months. The program comprises of the following components:

  • 4 Modules
  • 12 Facilitated Sessions
  • 32 Facilitated Hours
  • 16 Mentored Sessions
  • 16 Mentored Hours
  • 15 Recruiting Companies

The program begins on July 20, 2018, and ends on November 20, 2018. The Facilitated sessions will be conducted once every week for 4 hours and the Mentored sessions are expected to take place an hour every week throughout the Fellowship period.
